Roman W. Bolinger founded Bolinger Music & Consulting in April 2005. He transferred the company to Bolinger Music & Consulting GmbH in April 2012.

Roman W. Bolinger has a Ph.D. as Chemical Engineer from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and an MBA with specialization in Project Management.

Music and computers have fascinated him since childhood.

He developed the first homepages in 1995, in the early days of the internet. He received his practice-oriented and broad IT education at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and at the IT department of a large Swiss bank.

Petra Elmer Bolinger is designer and therefore responsible for visual design, definition of color palettes and selection of matching fonts.

Since childhood, she has a great artistic talent and loves creative design from painting to exquisite decorations.

She has received her diploma as Swiss certified (Eidg. Dipl.) kindergarten teacher from a renowned Swiss residential school and has studied „Applied Science of Colors“ according to Johannes Itten and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
